Everybody know how can I recuperate the name of the configuration part for put in the drawning plan? I didn't find any properties for do that.
To have a configuration name listed in drawing text, use this string $PRPSHEET:"SW-Configuration Name(Configuration Name)",
Isnert text, then select "exit text in window", and type the string in above. This will show the configuration of the parent view inserted into the drawing. Is this what you're looking for? We use this for our title block.
Welcome to the forum. I'm afraid I'm not clear on what you're asking, but I'll try to help. If you want to link a note to a custom property (or in your case, the configuration name), and save it in the drawing template, the method I use is to save the note as a Style. You will probably need to have a drawing view inserted to link the note, but after saving the note Style you can delete the drawing view and save the drawing template. Then when you start a new drawing with this template, and insert a drawing view and use the saved Style note, it will use the properties of the model.
Please let me know if this helps, and don't hesitate to ask more questions if this isn't what you need.
