Just save as dwg if you mean your drawings
Revit can read dwg's.
If you mean parts and assemblies then save them as .SAT files.
This Revit should be able to convert.

Have you tried BIMDEX product for this particular requirement. Using their product we are able to seamlessly export the SolidWorks model to Revit without any issues.
