Hi,

I'm trying to recreate the "lip" or "flange" around the perimeter of the object shown in the attachment.  I've tried "convert entities" and "offset" and that doesn't work. 

The issue I'm having is the perimeter is in multiple planes, so if anyone can assist, I would be most appreciative.

I'm running SW Pro 2015 X64, SP 4.0
