Trying to upgrade SW 2007 from SP0 to SP4 and it gave me this
errormessage upon trying to instigate the download. I don't
beginto know who to contact about this, any information would

A lot of if's here, please clarify, are you trying to upgrade directly or download the manual install file, which is what I prefer, I do not like the direct online upgrade, had too many problems with it.
