I am having a problem getting a flat pattern show when using the flat pattern configuration. If I just use the flatten feature in the tree, it goes flat just fine. But I cannot get the flat pattern to show correctly in the drawing because the flat configuration has errors.
I do not know how to fix this problem.

Yes that works just fine as I stated above. But when using the Flat-Configuration, it does not flatten. Which is why I can not bring a flat pattern into my drawing. I need to fix the flat configuration.

Keith,, I fixed the sketches for Tab1 & Tab2 and then deleted your flat pattern configuration for D131030. Then placed it in a drawing to create a new flat pattern configuration. Seems to work well now. Compare my (your file modified) with your file and see what I did with your tab sketches. I'm not sure what the other config is for. Let me look into that.
So I added the .012" relief as you did. Deleted the old flat configuration and made a new one. This worked perfectly. Thank you for the help.
So why was a relief needed in this case?
You already had a .012 relief in those two areas but when you added the tab you joined it to the other flange and the part could not flatten properly. They were sort of fighting each other.
