I'm trying to get a balloon to automatically list the file name next to the item number which is ballooned. I can only achieve this by inserting a text box next to a balloon.
Is there any possibility of making this automatic?
I don't know of any way to do it so they'll be spaced nicely like your screenshot. You can create the balloon and note linked to the desired Part properties, Ctrl+select them and copy, then click on the edge or face of another component and Ctrl+V. The new balloon and note should pick up the properties of the new component. After pasting them and arranging them like you want you can Group them so that if you move one the other will move with it. (Don't Group the ones you'll be copying, because then when you Paste they will still be Grouped, but will be stacked on top of each other. You'll have to un-Group them, arrange them, then Group.) If someone else knows of a better way to do this I'd love to hear about it, but this is the best I've been able to come up with.
