I am curious as to what you use the gauge table for. If you use it solely for controlling the flat pattern size, I would toss the gauge table. I work at a precision sheet metal shop and use SolidWorks for modeling sheet metal only and have never found a use for gauge tables. I add bend deductions when creating the base flange or adding bends. Gauge tables are just another one of many "bells and whistles" which more often than not complicate things and lead to frustration. I like to keep the process as simple as possible. I know this doesn't answer you question......
I think gauge tables in SW were meant for non sheet metal people. I have been in the precision sheet metal industry for a long time and never have met anyone that uses them and for good reasons.
