found a site that states that the dimension is not to scale, but view showed a different 'wavy' line.
Most Dimension techniques and forms still adopt their appearance from old school board days. This was, in most of the companies I worked for, A way of showing the dimension is not to scale. Being quicker than getting your stencil out and Writing NTS or DNS. But this was frowned upon in later years. At some time or another , it reared it's ugly head in the USA as meaning 'Approximate' Again Frowned on in the UK as We all followed BS308. Of which, the modern standard were evolved. Personally. Throw it out. It means nothing and has no business in the modern world.
