I have the following problem with the linear pattern in sketch.  Let's say I have an existing pattern created, with all the conceivable parameters (and check boc options) and axes constrained to begin with.  When I edit linear pattern, specifically (if it matters or not) by the context selection of a pattern entity, and I change only the instances to skip (for example, I add more pattern instances here), then after rebuilding or o.k. the linear pattern, SW generates new pattern axes with new dimension constraints over the top of the existing ones!

As one can imagine, If I put design intent into the original pattern constraints by equations and constraints, then this action has effectively undone or reset all that.  This does not always happen, but when it does, then this is frustrating to say the least.  Why is this happening, and does anyone have a solution, since I am finding myself in a workflow where I have to edit the pattern.
