when will solidworks release sp5.0 for 2015 version?
Add in " my laptop is win10 home, solidworks 2015 sp5.0 and solidworks 2016 sp0 can't run on it. what a bad thing. And i can not return back to my win8"

I have seen reference to SOLIDWORKS 2015 SP5.0 EV (Early Visibility) is available for download in the bar on the right of the forum webpage. Unfortunately it didn't link to an actual download. I had to build a new machine a couple of weeks ago and it had Win10 installed. I'm currently using 2015 SP4 and running Windows 7 compatibility mode - performance is quite poor. Desperately waiting for a Win10 release to come out - this is a productivity killer.

Actually i am using 2015 sp4.0 running on win7 in the office, it is quite ok. Just normal mode. why do you use compatibility mode?
Yes, it ran fine when I was running the Windows 7 OS. I am now running Windows 10 OS, and running 2015 SP 4.0 in Windows 7 compatibility mode, and the performance is poor. If I try running it natively in Windows 10, I get a lot of crashes, especially revolving around creating/saving files.

I upgraded my win8.1 to win10, now solidworks and autocad dont work anymore.
I downgraded once, but it made my laptop many problems, even could not open folders, star button and task pane did not work too. So I had to upgrade to win10 again.
Since my laptop works fine on win10, it will be great if solid works and auto cad can be compatible with win10.

Any new news as to when SW2015 will run on win10?
My sp2.1 runs OK.

"works well" is a long ways from runs OK.
I am a machine designer so I use very little of the SW program.
I have eDrawing Pro and I hear that with sp5.0 I will able to use it.
