I need to make sample trays for injection molding and I'm missing a key to the puzzle.
I've talked to my VAR, but they can't solve that .
I'm making five different trays. The trays are made from 1/2 inch thick Delrin and will have 64 machined pockets that are .375 deep. the different trays will hold different sized parts. I was hoping to make one tray and use it as a template.
May problem is that I can't lock the Sketch Text Entity into the center of the pocket.
Any ideas?

The only way to do this is to set every letter with relationships to the small point in front of the letter.
Below is what I would do, time consuming yeah, but changing sizes with your trays the letters should stay centered. First you need to create two equal centerlines from the edge of the pocket, either horizontal or vertical, I did it hor. see the yellow highlighted line, then create a small crosshair or something that you can visually see it's centered. Then add additional line or lines to the crosshair and the point, add some dimensions and your done. The only thing is when you change the font size you would need to recenter the letters. The point is where you need to lock it in with the 2 equal center lines, which I circled in the 17 pocket...
You can also run another construction line horizontal and make every dot coincident with that line, that way all your letters are straight across as well
