I opened your file with SW2015 and didn't see anything to account for that irregular edge at the bottom. Then I went back and looked at your screenshots again and noticed that they appear to be from SW2016. Are you sure that your drawing is referencing the correct model? And if it is, can you also post the drawing?
This part is 2015, but I open in 2016 version (I didn't save), yes I have sure about be the same part, I tested in 3 computers.
This issue needs to be investigated to see what is going on with the part. Please contact technical support.
It's showing up because of the angle attached to Plane_Bot which is driven by this formula:
"TUR_DIM_HEIGHT_BOT_LV" > 1 , "TUR_ANG_X_LV" , 0.01 )
The plane's angle is evaluating to 10°, as per property "TUR_ANG_X_LV", because the test condition = 130.
I don't see why this plane doesn't go to 10°, which do match the flat pattern.
I suggest your review your properties, global vars and equations plus your part history to see what's preventing this.
Obviously, I'm not familiar with the design intent, but the amount of reference geometry, properties, global vars and equations for this relatively simple part seems heavy to me.
Perhaps, if it was simplified, then troubleshooting would be easier.
I'd do this before submitting a report to SW. It may be a corrupted file, but there's a lot to sift through before I'd go that route.
