The compatibility test found a file to disable, which I did. Then amidst install, changed disk and errors encountered. Program produced zip file and recommended I call tech support. Support apparently not available for student users. Any way to get help completing installation?
Troubleshooting page suggests Inspecting disk-- I removed what seemed to be a plastic "hair" from manufacture;
used reinstall ---> repair from installation manager (similar problems from same disk; used classmate disk)
reinstalled individual modules, one being the activation, other being the module on which original installation stalled.
