Does anyone know where I can find the profile dimensions (including radii, angles, etc) for the smaller "bar size" structural steel channels like 2 x 1 x 3/16?
Try EngineeringToolBox Sketchup Edition
It doesn't look like they have them, unless there's something I'm missing? They define them properly ("A shape is classed a "Bar Size Shape" when its greatest dimension is less than 3 inches.") but their catalog stops at 3 inches- not especially helpful.
united states steel, shapes and plates book.... im sure they have an online version
Still no luck... from searching the forums, it looks like this comes up somewhat frequently for all of the smaller-size structural members (channel, square stock, angle, etc...) I'm a little surprised no one has put together a profile library of them yet for SW. Just curious, does anyone know if the AISC Manual of Steel Construction detail these (or any other publication for that matter)? If I can get my hands on the official dimensions, I'll make a profile library and circulate it. Thanks!
Don't know if I have the right size for you or not, but I do have a small amount of structural items on my 3dcontentcentral.com account. If you go to 3D Content Central just type my name in the search bar and have a look from there...
My Steel Manual only goes down to 3".
Ryerson has some basic info

Using the weight per foot, one might be able to roughly calculate the leg angle and corner radius.
