Can anybody tell me why Fillet 7 and Surface-Trim 6 in the attached part will not knit together. I tried offsetting Fillet 7 slightly, I've tried extending thew surfaces and trimming and I've tried using a ruled surface and then trimming but had no luck with any of these and no have ran out of ideas. I have also already created a similar part in the exact same way and it worked without any issues! Thanks to anyone that can help

Yeah tried that as well. Its a geometric condition that is not allowing it.

Edit the Knit feature in the Design Tree in the part that I uploaded and see for yourself.
It's working perfect here even without gap control
I am using 2015 but not sure if that makes any difference
i have tried again and cant get it with or without gap control. Not really sure whats wrong with it. Thanks for the help though I've got the part now anyway!
Could you tell me if you are able to knit this one together as well? it is a similar model except a different top and I am still getting the same error?

I don't know if there is any internal settings to control these tolerance for knit surfaces
I shut down solidworks and then tried again and it worked fine. still don't know the explanation though. Thanks for the help anyway!
Have you tried "Gap Control" when knitting and selecting all of the boxes with tick mark that shows gaps ?
