Hello, I have a problem with solidworks 2015 when I go to load add-ins / simulation, not working. And the program is installed correctly: you can tell me how to fix the problem?
Quick question; do you have SOLIDWORKS premium? If not then it won't work.
OR do you have student version?
Hi Antonio, perhaps the add-in was not installed correctly.
Try repairing the installation by going to Control Panel, Programs and Features. Programs, click on your SolidWorks installation, and click Change.
Follow the Installation Manager prompts to repair the installation and see if that helps.
Could you please elaborate on what exactly happens when you go to Tools > Add-Ins and enable the Simulation checkbox (on the left side)? Do you get any messages? If so, please provide a screenshot. Until we know more about the problem, suggesting how to fix it is pure speculation.
If this is urgent, please contact your SOLIDWORKS Value Added Reseller (VAR) for assistance.
A solution to fix your issue has been mentioned in forum post of KB3072630 Windows update causing add in issues by Ron Chappell (Jul 22, 2015).
Please let me know if it solves the issue.
Thank you very much for the answers.
The proposed solutions are not working.

Looks like it has not been installed correctly. Please try reinstall it or complete software.
And if nothing fixes it then report to your VAR (the company from where you bought the software).
To add a further note to re-install as Deepak mentioned, I would like to strongly recommend follow the complete uninstallation process (http://www.javelin-tech.com/blog/2013/08/complete-uninstall-of-solidworks/) before reinstall process.
Please let us know if it solves the issue.
