We tested SW2015 SP4.0 to see if our network was affected of the bug, and we were, so we can't use SW2015 SP4.0 (or lower). the question is - can we even hope that the bug is fixed in next SP?
Hi Ulf, I looked at this in the Solidworks Knowledge base, and the status is still set as Open.
My suggestion is to go through your VAR and get them to escalate if possible through Solidworks
I have contacted my VAR to get them to escalate it. I have even got my colleagues in our other branches around the world to do the same but we get no response more than that it noticed.
So that what I wonder is if anybody knows if Solidworks is making any progress?
Both SPR 884469 and SPR 893815 has been escalated.
Based on the database, I can see R&D people is actively working on these two SPRs since June 2015
