Like it says.
Given that the 2015 offering is a real dog I wonder if any Beta testers have had a look at next year's Edrawings and can tell us it's all been fixed :-)?
Eric it would be hard to say anything in open before NDA is lifted. So better post to beta forums.
I have used eDrawings a little bit while experimenting with SW 2016 Beta. My initial reaction is that the simple stupid stuff has been fixed. Please understand up front that my usage of eDrawings is limited to publishing to eDrawings a version of a SolidWorks drawing for general use in our company - basically generating a flat blueprint.. Keeping that in mind, I've seen that the font issue has been corrected, the general appearance of of the sketch is much improved, it has not crashed any time I used it, the 1:1 print ratio is more accurate, each time it starts up it opens in the same location on the monitor (it used to move diagonally upward at each opening of the program).
I tried posting this on the beta forum but don't know where it went. Our big concern in no 32 bit edrawing. We still have a lot of 32 bit computers using edrwawings. This could be a real show stopper for us. I know SW said edrawing 2015 special edition would be the last 32 bit edrawings. Surely this is really goung to affect many companies. A secondary question here would be is there and way of running edrawings inside a web browser?
