I need a macro to rebuild only all parts (*.sldprt) from an assembly... How can i do this?
API help has what you need 2013 SOLIDWORKS API Help - Set All Assembly Components Lightweight or Resolved Example (VBA)
Why not simply use a ctrl + q OR ctrl + b and rebuild all components.
Ctrl+B only rebuilds things that SolidWorks knows need rebuilding. Ctrl-Q is a forced rebuild of the active document. However, Ctrl+Q in an assembly does NOT force-rebuild all components of the active assembly.
Take a look at this:

aahhh ... another problem was in reality. I need a macro to resolve all parts from design tree in assembly... from lightweight to resolve!
I need "set to resolve" only for parts that are in lightweight.
You can right-click on the top level parent in the tree and choose "Set lightweight to resolved". Do you need a macro, or will this suffice?
It would be useful ... i need to run it before another macro or to integrate it..
I'l try to write the code although I'm not sure how...
