is there a way to get the PDF printed out from vault with a watermark

    Praveen Ashwath

I have some legacy data in terms of PDF files. I am not creating any files inside vault. But there are some PDF files in legacy which would be pumped into the vault which has some proprietary information. In any case is there a option where, I can see a date/time and user watermark in the PDF when it is printed. I dont need the watermark as far as it is softcopy.

      Thanks in advance.

I know where I used to work the IT department set it up that when we printed out a pdf file it would have a date/time stamp along with a standard note to be printed.

Just glancing at the adobe pdf file I noticed that in the tools section there is a thing about watermarks and when I selected it a window opened and you could add text or use a file.

I have not played around with this but maybe this will just point you in the right direction and you could test it out.

          Good luck.
