De-select "Features and Faces" and choose "Bodies" instead (see Why am I having problems with the Pattern (or Mirror) feature in my Part?.)
Is the initial feature "Merge" box checked?
Basically what I think happens, is you end up with Zero Tolerance Geometry and then if that happens it won't knit properly. One thing to correct that would be to have the original sketch go into the part, just a little bit, so when you extrude it is buried deep enough to knit when you do the pattern..
Did not see the Merge box so no luck with that on my end and selecting Bodies did not work either... I have attached a model file to hopefully help someone figure this out. Thanks for all the help.
Don't mind the long Design Tree had an intern start this model and I'm adding locking tabs... or trying to... lol
Roll back the feature tree to just under the Revolve 2 - Edit Revolve 2 and uncheck the merge box and then you can pattern the Revolve 2 body, This will error the Draft, Rib and Fillet..

John I was able to get the revolve to work that way but don't like that there is no defined line and that its just unmerged tried to do a combine afterwards to see if I could get a defined line but no luck.... any advice on that?
This means that these are probably two separate bodies. Inside your revolve feature, there should be a check box that says, "Merge Result"
Edit the feature and check it and see what happens.
Ignore what I said. While this will work for the 1 feature, it wasn't what the OP wanted. See my reply below.
Uncheck this merge result after that add all the features you need and circular pattern the body you need after that combine all the multi-body.
