Hi,
I created a new template and opened a product on 3 different devices. I found the render on the PC and Android phone worked well and looked right but when i opened it on an ipad mini (using safari) the render looked off and it loaded much slower.
Small side note.. how do I get the AR button to appear? Does it only work on iphones atm?

With regards to seeing the render in iPad mini, have you tried customizing the various configurations within the Layout tool? The different configurations are there to allow you to customize the page based on screen size of different devices.

Currently AR is only available on Apple devices, we are working on bringing this feature to Android devices.
