Generating a drawing from an existing drawing except with a new configuration.

Hey everyone, first post here.

I have 97 designs for a lifting beam assembly and I need to generate an approval drawing, an "as built" drawing with a BOM of decal information, a weldment drawing, and 2 part drawings. Manually creating 485 drawings is exactly what I'm not trying to do.

All 97 designs are configured. Each part and assembly has a configuration.

I have #TASK and I use it to batch generate drawings of multiple separate parts and assemblies but I have no idea how to create several drawings from the same part or assembly.

What I'm trying to do is automate the sequence of opening a drawing, changing the configuration, adjusting the scale and dims, save as, repeat.

Is there a way to generate a drawing for each of these models from an existing drawing that already has dimensions, weld symbols, hole sizing, etc. for every configuration of a part or assembly?
