Select the 2 edges and click the point tool in the sketch tool bar. It will create a point at the apparent intersection. Dimension that point.
Fell free to ask if you have any thing.

This needs to be made more intuitive. Every time I do it, I have to look it up.
Thanks for the answer.

And the color of the dimension is grey! Very annoying
The reason your dimension is grey is because it is a "Driven" dimension and that is what you're Color Settings are set too, you can change it......
I have all my dimensions on a Layer
Hi,
You can also do the following within the smart dimension tool.
1.) Select the smart dimension tool.
2,) right click on one of the ref lines (my case the bottom line)
3.) Click on find Intersection
4.) Select your other ref line (Mine is the diagonal)
5.) Next click on the line to dimension too. (right hand edge for me)
All done with 5 clicks of the mouse
Regards
Stevie
Coming soon: HoverIntersect
1 (or 2) key presses (you choose which key) and zero mouse clicks to run "Find Intersection".
Was going to roll out today but had a simple error.
Left the code at home and only brought the EXE to work.
Perhaps over the weekend or on Monday I'll roll it out.

And thanks for the effort, I'll keep an eye out for it next week.
