I mentioned this over at "Kitty Dump" - SWIFT - Bring it, Trash it, Rant it, Poop it ;) , but wanted to repeat it here. Our IT department shut down our server to move it, or something. They didn't give me much notice, and told me it could take two days to get it back up, so I suddenly found myself unable to continue working. I contacted Ryan Dark with GoEngineer and explained the problem. One hour and 3 minutes later I received a temporary license. I'd say that's going above and beyond the call of duty. This was just one more example of the good service we've always gotten from them.
