the problem was that i have two accounts (i had the first account a long long time ago thats why i didn't remember it
so the team block the account and they have open it when i request the question
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire about your account. There's no way for us to know why it was disabled.
i have sent a mail to the support both solidworks and tangix virtual test yet no response
i did post it here just to know if there is someone have already faced a problem like this
Did you made several different accounts? If yes then they might have closed/blocked the duplicate accounts.

No the accounts cannot be connected unless the certification team merge them. I'm not sure why your account is blocked but certification is very helpful in responding and resolving issues.

This is our preferred method for anyone having questions about certification related issues. It's the quickest way to resolve any issues or to get support from us, in this case it was solved within an hour or so of us getting his initial email.
Where are you located? Is it possible you're located in a country with which SolidWorks corp is forbidden to do business?
i am located in algeria and we have no problem using solidworks
