    Compare 2 Parts through Commandline

    Shuhei Kazuma

      Hi experts,

I would like to know whether I can launch solidworks through a command line and upon opening immediately compares two part files specified by the command line arguments.

For example, the command line may be "solidworks.exe --compare "C:\x.sldprt" "C:\y.sldprt"

I would like to do this because I am using Git to version-control my SolidWorks project and it would be nice to launch the comparison tool directly from the Git. In order to do this, I need to specify the command line template within the Git.
