Can you instead try a sweep or loft instead of sweep cut or loft cut and then join the body later in case you do as separate bodies?
From the photo it is difficult to see what exactly is required,
Uploading a file would help, although I am only, still, on SW 2016.
What is it that you need help with?
Do you need help with learning to make a helical cut? there's plenty of examples for that.
Do you need help with how to reverse engineer the whole part? Everyone here will tell you that you should at least attempt to do it yourself and post your attempt instead of asking others to do it for you first.

Then i tried lofted cut and somehow got a shape like that
thank you for the quick respone, am working on it now, i will finish it and show it to you or contact you if i have further doubts
Thank you sir for replying,
Actually i tried a method and it did not come as it is in the assembled photo, it came like this
You need to have the correct profile when you are doing the sweep cut. from your first post, your sketch profile goes all the way through the part on both the top and bottom. I'm not sure if that is the correct sketch you should be making. I cant tell what you need since I don't know the exact profile of the part that you're trying to replicate. Make sure you know the difference between Loft and Sweep.
Since you may be new to Solidworks, it will take trial and error to get what you are looking for.
Here is a video of my attempt. Took me maybe less than 5 minutes to set this up.
This is what I came up with from what I see. I just used random sizes since I do not know what they are. I attached my file. Tom
`can you show me the inner part LH,RH and FRONT view sir
I'll try that and let you know sir!!!
So this is how the white part looks, and somehow i created this part. Thanks everyone for your valuable responses,
How ever i don't exactly know that the method used is correct or not, Yet i got the end product which i needed. Thanks to everyone again, Though if anyone needs to check or correct me how it is done, I have attached my part, you are all free to explore
May be this would give clear idea of the component which i was trying to make
