Eating Healthy at the work place (no restaurants only gas station food) near me. I've tried Hungry Man....Loaded with Sodium! Anybody got any suggestions? Not looking to get a Desk Gut!
Go whole foods. Lots of veggies, fruits and meat without all the extra added in crap.
we don't have a Whole Foods here, Walmart or Albertson's is it
I didn't meant the whole foods store.....I meant this:
lol, ive tried alot of foods like this and can't find something that i really like, i'm very picky when it comes to food.
I make my lunch most days. A turkey sandwich, some chips, a couple of small cookies and some water.
I had a double-double and fries from In-N-Out today:).
We have a Trader Joes and they sell some decent healthy heat-eat meals. I also bring a loaf of bread and some sandwich meats, condiments etc and make a sandwich.
My wife found some ideas similar to these on Pinterest and we build our own because we're either too cheap or simply frugal, yeah let's go with frugal ... haha
They take a little work to build them up over the weekend but we usually make up 10-15 in smaller glad-lock type (Tupperware) containers for the wife and I to bring to work. The balance usually get snapped up by the kiddo's when they don't feel like buying lunch.

Thats what i'm looking for... I get burned out on sandwiches
Just cook some dang food for yourself already. Be a grown-up.
I do! All the Time!! Just looking for a healthy way to eat! most engineers sit at a desk all day. When i worked in Colorado we had stand up or sit down desk, i don't have that luxury anymore, just asking, like minded, work related peers what they do to keep from having to loosen the belt.
