What is weird is I show all the servers I'm connected to as up. At least its not just me and the rest of us are also down. So think its on our end somewhere.

Since this appears to be impacting all your computers when they were previously working fine the issue likely is with your server itself. The service on the server may not be running or the server's firewall had been enabled where it was previously on a disabled state.
Check and see if the server service is running (open the SolidNetWork License Manager on the server and press 'Start' on the 'Server Administration' tab) and if it is running try dropping the firewall and see if your client machines are then able to connect l, get a license, and open SOLIDWORKS. If dropping the firewall fixes it you will need to make port allowances for the license service before putting it back up (TCP and UDP allowance for 25734-25735 for both inbound and outbound traffic).
