QuitDoc is saving before closing document.

I am working on a macro that saves a file that has been modified as a new file, then opens the new file. I am trying to not save the old file when I close it, so I am using the QuitDoc method. When using the code below, the original document is always saved when QuitDoc executes.

BoolRet = swModelDocExt.SaveAs(NewFilePath, swSaveAsCurrentVersion, swSaveAsOptions_Copy, Nothing, nErrors, nWarnings)

Call swApp.QuitDoc(swModel.GetTitle)

Call swApp.OpenDoc(NewFilePath, swDocPART)

I have read through a number of the posts that address this topic, and tried to emulate the exact same code structure.
