This is the reason why i do not use toolbox, i have a student use a toolbox in his design now when i open in my machine this what happen
Apparently nothing happens
M6 bolt become M12
Make sure this box is not checked in your machine.
i did that but still the same, So i told them to use pack and go then that make it right
One simple reason is that you're toolbox doesn't have the configuration for that part. Though SW should prompt you to generate a config.
Unfortunately, I have seen this MANY times. Every time we do an upgrade (even from one SP to another SP) something like this happens.
It turned into a LOT of extra work. Tried a LOT of things, but even though our Toolbox is shared on the network and even though that box (that Deepak shows above) is NOT checked for all users, this still has happened. Hundreds and hundreds of bolts all jump to a different size.
We even tried using the "create part" feature inside Toolbox, but it still happened.
Now, even though other users still use the toolbox, I no longer use it. I create all my bolts from a master bolt (and save them in a common directory and make them read only). Then re-use them as needed.
