When I open a SolidWorks drawing (.SLDDRW) in eDrawings 2015 SP4.0, it isn't opening the latest version...latest version has been loaded into the machine.
eDrawings should show what the drawing looked like the last time it was saved. If you make a change to the model and save it, and then open the old drawing, it will automatically refresh the views and show the new model, but unless you actually save the drawing at that point eDrawings would still show it with the old model.
So make sure you have saved the new version of the drawing and not just the model.
Drawing is saved. It opens fine in Solidworks...but when opened in eDrawings, an older version appears even though it the latest version has been obtained.
I know this is a year old post, but could it have to do with the Admin checkbox "Show working versions of files"? Else I think it will only show revisioned versions.
Could also have to do with caches etc.
EPDM 2013 still lets users open the wrong version
I have what appears to be the same problem as reported to me from my SOLIDWORKS users.
A SOLIDWORKS drawing is opened in eDrawings 2015 SP4 and does not display the 'last saved' version.
