calculating forces on a wall from water leaving a nozzle

    Theo Linders

I want to simulate a nozzle that sprays water onto a wall and then calculate the forces of this water on the wall.

The water leaves the nozzle at 10 m/s and the inside diameter is 50 mm. In my handcalculation I found that the

force on the wall is approx. 196  N.

How do i simulate this in flow simulation??

It is a simulation that starts inside a tube, then leaves the tube and clashes with the wall. External?? how do i

give in then the velocity of the water, maybe with a boundary condition of a velocity on a round disk of 50 mm?

Can anyone help me with this one?
