Hi Aaron - they should arrive in Bunkspeed users' email inboxes sometime next week.
The new Visualize serial numbers for eligible legacy Bunkspeed customers are being sent to your Value Added Reseller (VAR), which was paired up with each legacy Bunkspeed customer. They will be contacting you to introduce themselves and also relay your new Visualize serial number. All support and sales will now go through your new reseller.
We apologize for this delay and you will be in good hands with your new reseller.
ok.And where do i find my new reseller? When i go to the solidworks "find reseller page", i can choose from 9 different
reseller around my location.Or do i have to wait, until the reseller find me?
The reseller will be contacting you shortly, likely this week, with your new Visualize serial number.
