I am trying to simulate a rubber sealing with
nonlinear study. The material of sealing body is Santoprene 55 Durometer and I am
using 6 Mooney Rivlin constant with material properties can extract from curve
data. I found the material properties on solid works web portal. I have defined
all the contact, constraints and refine the mesh properly. But I am not able to
finish the simulation.
In the simulation I have three parts. Two of them
are defined as PA Type 6 plastic parts, and third one is a rubber sealing part.
I want to see the stress-strain behaviour in rubber sealing when both the
plastics parts are completely closed.
