I'm hoping someone can help me. I installed 2016 on my computer. The program won't open at all. It just stays on the screen "verifying license". Should I try to reinstall the program? Is there something I can go in and fix to get this working again? I had to buy two last time to get my software to work so I expect I'll have to do the same maybe.

Can you post your computer specs? I'm not a hardware expert, but that may help someone else diagnose the problem (and this will also bump this up to the front). If nothing else, contact your VAR for help. And you said "I had to buy two last time". Two what, computers?
