Does anyone know of a way to accurately generate a gear tooth profile or know of someone/somewhere that can generate it for a fee if all the needed data was supplied?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Hi Christopher
Have a look at some of these SolidWorks Partners http://www.solidworks.com/sw/products/search/results.htm Camnetics, Inc. supply an add in to model the gears and Web Gear Services, Ltd look like they will model the gears for you.
I have never used any of these services so I just know what I found on their web pages

This model uses an equation-driven curve to generate the involute from a base diameter. The surfaces are there because SW will not parametrically mirror a the curve.
The layout sketches derive the base diameter from the pitch diameter and pressure angle. The tooth spacing must be done manually.
