My Co-Worker is having a problem with SW 2015. Have any of you seen this problem, and found a solution to the problem?
He was unable to obtain his graphics card specifications.
Can he not access the SolidWorks Rx > Diagnostics tool? Or the Computer > Properties > Device manager to discover the graphics card?
Anyway, he probably has an nVidia card and will have to disable the nView Desktop Manager.
We have seen this with nVidia cards and is directly related to using nView.
We have opted to disable using it here. Once disabled, the problem "disappears"...
Like Brian Titus & Kelvin Lamport say, disable, update or uninstall nView.
