What is standard industry for dimensioning sheetmetal on drawings?

Is it +/-.010 or +/-.030 because I received an email from the production planner that they cannot hold +/-.010. See below:


This drawing calls for 3 place dim on mounting holes, this is  sheet metal punched and bent by mechanical means and not a machined part. .030 is the industry standard and this is achievable
not .010 !!!!!!! This alignment problem should have been  handled by the installation of floating nutplates which will accept any distortion in the box. It is too bad that our engineering department does not consult with people that are going to be doing the job prior to wasting their time on crap.
