Does any know how to create and save a list of drawing notes that are frequently used instead of retyping same text for every drawing.
Just open the drawing template and add the notes there and save the template. Then they will already be there when you start a new drawing.
I would recommend putting all the notes you might commonly want in your standard templates. Deleting the ones you don't need is almost always faster than adding the ones you do.
I would also put them in the Design Library as Kelvin suggested. I recall having to replace notes I'd deleted because I didn't think they would be needed. Just drag them out of the way until you're done, then delete.
Try the CommonNotes macro at http://sw.fcsuper.com/index.php?name=UpDownload&req=viewsdownload&sid=3
Or just save the individual notes as a Design Library annotation, and then drag & drop as needed.
Another option, and what works well for me with common notes, is to save them as Styles in your drawing templates.
I will have to give that a try - never thought of it!
I think you'll like it. I prefer it to saving them in the Design Library.
