how do i change my first/last name? in 'edit profile' information there's no edit box for me to change from Unspecified/Unspecified..
The "link" I posted wasn't supposed to work. You will have to go to the Customer Portal and sign in yourself. Once there go to the My Profile page and you will find the line I quoted with an active link.
I assumed you already knew where the Customer Portal was located, but if not ...
