Can anybody tell me what I am missing. Everything seems to be defined, all elements are black, I do not find anything that I can move/drag around, yet the system says the sketch is under defined.
Does this help at all?
It might if I could read it. Self-taught user here, so I do not neccesarily know all the little trick to get information out of the system that I might need. How do I get this information window to open?

The way I got it in SW was: "Tools-Dimensions-Fully Define Sketch"
I opened your part and I am not getting an error!
I think it's only when you edit the sketch, right David? Even then, it's not really an error. Just says under defined at the bottom of the screen.
at first i thought it was the sketch pattern.
you really should show the sketch pattern relations in the sketch (see kb1).
there's a stray point, but it shows up as a cross and not an asterisk (see kb2). it can't be deleted. i believe this cross is part of circular sketch pattern. i dragged it from the origin.
the offset circle wasn't constrained to origin either (that's a caveat of the offset command), but you can't expose it without deleting the other entities. i would use offset sparingly.
kb3 is alternate method to model.
it has a little more flexibility downstream.
the logic behind #3 is don't try to do too much in one sketch.
you also have unnecessary sketch points to dimension to.
you can use the dimension leader option (min/max) to change the way arcs are dimensioned.
here are screenshots.
kb3, shows the second extruded feature using a circle instead of an arc.
