At my office we have had problems with getting people to check in files every night. Our solution has been to run a query each night and send e-mails telling people that they forgot to check in files. I am not the last person to go home each night or the first to arrive. Is there a way for me to schedule this query for after the office closes? This issue is very important to us as we lost several files recently when a computer with files that had been checked out for weeks had a hard drive failure.
