How to convert gallons per minute to Pounds per Square inch (GPM to PSI).

Gallons per minute is a flow rate. Pounds per square inch is a pressure. You cannot convert between them because they are fundamentally different quantities. It's like trying to convert from feet to degrees Fahrenheit.
As Walter notes, you will require more information to get what you are after. You have to be able to define the resistance of the pipe or orifice or whatever that you are trying to push the fluid through.
