I believe it is the leading edge of your wing that SW has a difficult time with making solid (see below). Looks like a topilogical (and physical impossiblity) to do that shape there where two surfaces com in tangent to one another as a knife edge.

Thank you for the suggestion, I will try to offset the surface so instead of having a knife edge, the edges are flat in a sense. It might take me a while as theres a lot to change, but I will let you know how things go.

I filletted the wing edges and that didn't help. It turned out I had gaps in some of the surfaces I created, even though I chose the correct entities etc when creating the surfaces. Why does SolidWorks create these unnecessary entities/leave open gaps? Is this a program error/randomly generated?
Basically, it is fixed now by using Tools > Check > Extensive Surface Check > Then manually filling in the gaps.
Thankfully that worked as I almost just gave up after staying up till 8am trying to solve this.
