Could any one tell me how to write an equation to describe that

Status of Extrude1 = Status of Extrude 2 , what I mean that if extrude 2 suppressed then extrude 1 will be suppressed

Could any one tell me how to write an equation to describe that

if yo ureally want to use equations you may try

$State@Extrude1 = $State@Extrude2

I would start with the design table to get the syntax correct. It might be $state@boss-extrude1 ect...

In SW2012 you can use suppressed and unsuppressed as variables. One thing you may try is creating a sketch and putting a dimention on it and create an equation that relates the state of suppression to weather the sketch dimention is greater or less than 1 for example. this dimention can then be controlled by an outside influence too. Hope this helps. Here is a screenshot of useing my sketch method

Hi.

from my practice, use should use the "design table".

since it base on excel you can make one equal the other.
