I just got a sales promotion that if you purchase a seat of SolidWorks they will upgrade to Premium for free.

Where was this promotion when I purchased my seat?

Why not honor your loyal customers by giving them the same deal on their existing software?  Wouldn't it be smart to give a free upgrade to some of your loyal customers considering that they will now be on the hook for another $500 in annual maintenance;  money that you currently aren't getting???

I'm very irritated by this.  I've been using, promoting, defending, helping improve your product for well over a decade, but somebody new to SolidWorks, who probably can't even use the additonal functionality of Premium, will get a way better deal than myself and other loyal users.
