Is anyone having issues accessing the Knowledge Base on your Customer Portal? Today I get the error message "403 Firbidden - Access denied to this resource".
Works OK for me, but I (and others) have had that problem.
Thanks for checking. I had already contacted my VAR and they told me to contact SWX direct. I wanted to check here first before calling them.
