Can this be done?

I am trying to make an equipment shelf which has some odd features. I need to make some edge flanges which are not planar.

Its kinda hard to describe so I am posting a front/top image set. You can see by this that on the sides the back edge of the flange is at a different angle than the front edge of the flange. The part that I have now is constructed from surfaces, but I would like to make the same thing as a sheet metal part. A regular edge flange does not give me the option of using differing angles of the fore/aft edges that define it, even editing its consumed sketch these lines are planar even with all constraings removed. A lofted bend wont do it either. Am I outta luck on this?

Thanks

Here is the part as a surface/solid model. I know that such a part DOES exist, I have pictures of it, but can not be sure if it is a single piece of sheetmetal or if its a welded part.
